Our WOD/programming at CrossFit Mossel Bay is ideal for anyone in their CrossFit journey who wants to have a well rounded fitness level. Our goal is a strong GPP, or General Physical Preparedness. Basically, you are competent and excel in the 10 general aspects of fitness (cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy). Everyday life throws so many challenges our way, the known and unknown. Fitness is measured by your capacity to perform well at these tasks. The fitness that CrossFit advocates and develops is deliberately broad, general, and inclusive.
Our programming is also suited for the athlete that would like to compete in CrossFit events and other competitions. Our ultimate goal is to create athletes!
At this stage we offer 7 classes on most days; 3 morning, 1 Teens class and 3 in the evening and will be adding more to the schedule as the demand rises. (full schedule)
